TIMES: Camper Arrival - 8:00am w/ school coaching staff/Camp Starts - 8:30am/Camp Ends - 3:30pm

Pre-Participation Form
All participants must complete the UIL-required pre-participation physical for the 2024-2025 school year. You must also complete all online paperwork through Rank One.
Those new to Conroe ISD, incoming 7th graders, and new participants in Athletics, Marching Band, Cheerleading, Drill Team, ROTC, and CISD Club Sponsored Athletic Teams will need a physical before participating in the 2024-2025 school year. They also must complete the online paperwork through Rank One.
